Vince excavated about 1/2 acre around my new concrete patio. In general he did a good job but not exactly what I asked for. He solved all of my water mitigation issues but not exactly how I wanted him to do it. He miscalculated one swell which will cause water to puddle up because the Swale goes uphill, by approximately 6 in ches. In the springtime I will have to get someone in to fix that swell. It will probably cost me an extra $1,000 to get it done right. He used hey instead of straw when he seeded. And he never raked to remove surface rocks. After he left I removed the one half acre of hay and hand rate everything. I removed approximately 4 to 6 tons of surface rocks by hand. Then I re-seeded and properly put down straw.
