Mini Split Warehouse Tampa

I purchased a TCL brand three zone mini split heat pump from this company. I am located in California And I used the purchased unit for heating and cooling of one of my ADU projects. I received the shipment with no issues or damage. During the installation, the technician expressed his surprise at the good quality and features of the unit I purchased. He had been used to working with very reputable brands of mini splits, often associated with a popular auto maker. In the end, the client this had been installed for Was and to this day remains very satisfied with the performance of the system. I had no issues with my transaction with mini split warehouse and when I called to get an ETA, they were very helpful on the phone.

We purchased our mini split and had it installed last month. We love it! It keeps our music room and laundry room warm on the cold days and I’m sure cool this summer.

I bought several Cielo Breez Plus thermostats from Mini Split Warehouse. The sales rep was very helpful, answered my questions and got my order out ASAP. I highly recommend this business.

It's hard to believe (when writing this review), the current rating for Mini Split Warehouse is 3.9. With only 11 reviews, each one is weighted pretty heavily. It's also disappointing given that the negative reviews are pretty much the buyer's failure to order correctly. I ordered two control boards a week apart (1 for outdoor compressor (it didn't fix my issue) and 1 for the indoor head unit) for a surge we took from a lightning strike. The 2nd board (indoor) they didn't list on their website for my unit. I e-mailed them, and they responded as soon as they opened the next day to let me know they were working on it. I ordered from them and it was a VERY easy process. Submitted the order, got a phone call from accounting to verify payment info, and literally 3 business days later the unit was on my driveway. I don't understand how they're able to do it so fast!
