It took me two weeks to get an appointment scheduled and on the day of the appointment they called 20 minutes prior asking if they could move it to a later time to which I replied no as I had taken off work. I also called 2 days prior to ensure they would be there as scheduled and was told yes. Individual on the phone said okay then we will see you at 10 by 10:15 no one showed I called the showroom no one answers the phone I left a message it's 10:35 and they still haven't showed so I don't know why they called to ask if they could push the appointment back because it was obvious they weren't going to show up at the appointed time anyway. I highly recommend speaking with Kristin at Minimax. She is fantastic to work with. She listened to what I wanted and what I could afford. Kristin started pulling all kinds of pieces out and putting them together. She came up with a beautiful design as well as a plethora of recommendations for my new construction home. We looked for hours at pictures and samples and she put forth an amazing amount of effort to find exactly what I wanted. She made lower price selections available when the price was too high and corresponded constantly with me via phone and email. A big thank you to Kristin and Angelina they were awesome to work with!

My dealings with the person who came to provide an estimate were completely unprofessional. Upon arrival things were going well with me walking him through the scope of work I was requesting for a kitchen and bathroom renovation. After completing the walk through, he asked whether or not I was serious about wanting the work done before he would work up an estimate. This was the first of many inappropriate/unprofessional statements. He took about 2 hours to measure the kitchen area and then said he did not want to proceed with measuring the bathroom. Upon reminding him that the bathroom needs to be included so that we can have a complete estimate, he mentioned that it was too much to ask of him to do an estimate for both the kitchen and bathroom. Poor service after the sale. Nothing but a hassle so far trying to get our countertop installed. For 3 days in a row (so far) we have waited at home for the installer who never shows up. No one contacts us until we call to find out what's going on and then we reschedule for another day of waiting around for nothing. They must know they have us over a barrel since it took no time for them to demo the old countertop and we have already made the down payment. Very disappointing.

Employee Daniel Gravley is so rude and unprofessional. Did not want to address any questions. Stormed off when asked for quote in writing. Had to call back to speak with manager. Daniel Gravley should not be in his position of dealing directly with customers and first line of contact if he does not have the patience to deal with valid and reasonable questions over such a huge investment. I would not recommend doing business with this company if they stand behind this type of treatment.
