Mint Street Parking Garage

This parking garage was taken over by Pivot parking in 2025. It is the worst parking experience I have seen in this garage since I’ve been parking there for well over 10 years. The garage has been taken over by homeless people sleeping in the stairwells and urinating on the walls. Parking management does not seem to hear or address concerns about safety.

Don’t park at 410 mint street for panthers games. Your GPS will take you the wrong way. We got to stadium two hours early, and sat in traffic for 45 minutes going about 2 city blocks in that time. Horrible experience. Park anywhere else.

A very accessible place to host an event. I attended the realtor expo, as a representative of Palatine Parcels. This expo hall has multiple meeting rooms, a starbucks, breakout areas the have smart plugs at most seating areas, and dozen of restrooms ( here's a tip try to find those restrooms off the main path, they'll be easier to het in and out of during a large gathering). Located in the heart of South Charlotte, you could walk, take an uber or even the train. Also if you dont like what your event host is serving there are a bunch of bars and restaurants in close proximity to the center.

Great location for football games- be prepared to wait an hour after games to be able to exit- and be prepared beforehand to access the deck by taking the trade street exit off 77 to avoid pregame road closures.

Its a mess over here Uptown is just a mess all the way around no matter what way you turn it... just bc they call this area uptown its no different than any other downtown and we all know a name doesnt change what is attracted to downtowns or uptown
