Kam was AMAZING!!!! He FIXED everything i NEEDED right before storm. GAVE me 3 options. told me basically the highest option was being overly cautious and middle option basically just so they don’t have to come back in a year. but the third option was still there. I’M MORE THAN SATISFIED. THIS IS ALSO A VETERAN OWNED COMPANY. KAM SUPER SMART! SPOKE 5 freaking languages 😨 Really cool. GREAT WORK! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ALSO RELABELED EVERYTHING and didn’t let my cats out like the last dude😂 funny only cause they came right back because it was frigid 😂

We called Minuteman for an issue with our AC and have been using them for our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs ever since! Very happy with the Minuteman Services. We used them for the first time in the summer to check or AC, and we decided to use them again for the winter check of the heating and furnace. Kamal, the young engineer, was very professional and provided an exceptional service with a post service call to check whether everything was working well. We decided to sign up for the full yearly contract after all. Highly recommended!

Great service. I called for a heating system that stopped working and I received a call back immediately. I explained what the issue was and within a couple of hours they sent two great guys, Wayne and Ian. They analyzed and identified the problem, made an estimate right away and once I accepted it, they ran to Home Depot to get what they needed. They explained to me the whole work, what needed to be done. I liked that they did not try to sell anything else than the job they had to do (my boiler is really.old, so it would have been easy to push a new system). Spent the whole afternoon working on it and problem was solved. Really happy with the work, the whole experience of interacting with this company and I think the price was also fair. Will definitely hire them again.
