I called Minutemen Property Damage Services when my bathroom ceiling started leaking at my house in West Ashley. I didn’t know what was causing the leak and they showed up and quickly diagnosed it as an HVAC issue. They immediately called an HVAC company who also showed up quickly to stop the leak while they were extracting the water from the bathroom. This company was great they handled the entire insurance process for me and got everything back in order as quickly as possible. 10/10!

Had a burst pipe under our kitchen sink last Tuesday that flooded half our first floor. Called these guys around 7am in a panic and they had a crew at our house in West Ashley by 7:45. The technician’s Jack and Andy, were incredibly professional and explained everything they were doing. They extracted all the water, set up industrial fans and dehumidifiers, and even helped us move some furniture. Dealing with water damage during the holidays was stressful enough, but they made the whole process so much easier. They worked directly with our insurance too which saved us a huge headache. Our floors are completely dry now and you'd never know we had a flood. Highly recommend if you ever need emergency water restoration!

One of the company owners (Tim and Reagan) was present during the entire three day job, which consisted of ceiling and laundry room sheetrock repair and painting. Their craftsmen were skilled and efficient, with a constant emphasis on cleanliness. We are highly pleased with the work. They actually were near my house in Mount Pleasant and showed up in under 15 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with their service, very polite and communicated all the details about the whole process.
