I am highly disappointed in the work done by them. I had them do my grass and patio back in July and to start I would get told they the would come that day and never show up that day to work. But even after everything was done it’s no February and I got some free sod rolls to repair some dead area and when I dug into the sea areas I pulled out concrete slabs that were just left under my grass. They did a terrible job just all around and highly recommend you look somewhere else when wanting to get your yard done

Hired them to do my backyard and spent 26k since I don’t have the time to do so. They had me sign the completion form while they were still working which should have been the huge red flag that made me stop and say I need y’all to finish first. The grass I got was halfway dead and super patchy. Also they didn’t tell me that they were digging up my front yard so now there’s a small dead spot up there now too. I’m still trying to work with them so this review might be updated. In my experience with them has not been smooth or easy and resulted with me not wanted to deal with this anymore. Updated review after working with them to fix the issue. My wife and I had a great experience with Xavier From Mio Home. We just bought a brand new house and we were looking to get a water softener installed, as Lubbock does have seriously hard water. Xavier quoted us a price that we liked. A couple of weeks later, Saul, came out and it only took him about an hour to install, and the difference in the water was immediate. He even came out after hours to do the install, because that time frame worked best for me and my wife. We also signed up for Mio pest services and Mike was friendly and came out and did what he needed to do. Mio Home offer a variety of services and we are satisfied with the work that has been done so far.
