Jerome was awesome! He was professional, quick to respond, gave me a very reasonably priced quote to clean a 9X12 area rug, and I am very satisfied with his work/results. My 70 lb boxer had a diarrhea accident all over the white rug and he was able to get it looking like nothing ever happened! Very good day and super thankful! He saved my rug!!!!

I paid them $90 to clean a 5 by 7 area rug, and a small closet for me, and even tipped them $50. They did not dry my rug after cleaning it, therefore, the rug was ruined due to the terrible mildew smell. For 3 weeks now, they have been promising me my refund, yet I still have not received it.

Wonderful is all I can say!! They do a great job on carpet and tile grout. They are very professional and super kind. You can tell they love what they do. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
