Miracle Maids of Wichita Falls

So I was at 2202 then turned to 3202 after a purchase a trip to the dispensary store across from elchicos hobby lobby and what not but anyhow my bible MY BIBLE JERRY A WJITE DUDE SEEN IT AND LIKE I SAID MY BIBLE THE MEXICAN GUY KEPT ALONG WITH ALOT OF BIKER AND I MEAN BIKER STRIPS.

I was truly impressed with the way Brittany runs her business and the services she provided. We had two people working, and they were very professional and courteous. My house smelled amazing, and everything was cleaned better than I ever could have managed. They paid attention to detail, and went above and beyond. They even orange oiled a wooden side table, and it has never looked so good! I highly recommend Miracle Maids of Wichita Falls. Brittany and her team are awesome!

Did a poor job, left dirt all on the floor and nasty white residue in my shower. I called and talked to the owner Brittany, she was nice and offered to correct any problems the next day. She made it seem like a courtesy, but charged my card an extra $100 without authorization for the time spent correcting the poor initial service. When I called and politely asked about the charge, she got an attitude and told me she would be short on her profits. I have never felt so scammed out of my money in my life. In total I paid over $800 for them to clean an empty house! Update: I apologize to the employee who was terminated, hopefully not Rebekah because she was great to work with, and not the issue, my main concern was the customer service I received from Brittany. I drive a truck over the road, and needed the inside of it cleaned up. I had the laundry including the bedding from the sleeper washed, cleaned and put back, all the cooking stuff I use (microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet and dishes) washed and put away, I also needed all the dust and accumulated road grime cleaned up. Miracle maids did an absolutely outstanding job. My truck is super clean and it feels like a home on the road again. I strongly recommend using miracle miss to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Miracle maids is trucker friendly and trucker recommended.

Brittany is absolutely amazing! We've hired several cleaning services over the years and have YET to find a company as thorough as Miracle Maids. They were even flexible enough to come out on short notice and do a move out clean for our neighbor on Christmas Eve. If your looking for detail orientated, friendly, and time efficient Maid Service, Miracle Maids of Wichita Falls is a win.
