I reached out to Miracle Method for a bathtub resurfacing I needed done. Their process was very smooth, from sending Mr. McClelland for an evaluation, all the way through the execution. Everything was done exactly as they indicated. There have been issues with the material sticking to the tub, but every time I've reported an issue, the team at Miracle Method has shown up and repaired the issue. I recommend them for their follow up, thoroughness, and for their friendly team.

From the start, Brooke called me back quickly to get me scheduled for an estimate. Chris came out soon after and told me what I could expect and answered all my questions. I picked out my color for both bathroom vanities and scheduled with Brooke pretty quickly. I was very pleased with the outcome of both bathroom countertops after Casey did an amazing job on them, in just a few short hours. This team was wonderful and professional to work with all around and I will definitely be using your services again. I am super excited to see the old color and grime gone after more than a decade, and I have you all to thank! I appreciate you!

Miracle Method is awesome! My technician, Casey, did a fantastic job, was great at communicating what he was doing, what issues he came across, and left the place clean when he left. The process took two days, and on the second day some water leaked from the toilet wall valve, peeling off some of the finish. But he fixed it and it doesn't look like anything happened! The wall tile was refinished to white and the shower pan a speckled grey and boy does it look SO much better! Would highly recommend Miracle Method for saving your tiles and if you have an ugly 1950s bathroom like me.

Martin did my bathtub refinishing and I love it! He was super professional and did an amazing job! My tub was in horrible condition as my house was flipped before we bought it so the finish was half done. I have included a before and after just so you can see what tough condition it was in and how Martin worked maricles to get it looking new! I highly recommend Mircle Method and Martin to get your tub looking fresh again! I cannot forget about Daisy! She took me through the process over the phone and through email. She was very sweet and really professional!

Between my fiancé’s home and my place we’ve spent over $2000 refinishing our bathroom and kitchen counter tops. When redoing my countertops i chose a color which i thought was grey and looked grey from a picture i was sent. When completed, it was a white base. I was told by the agent afterwards that pictures don’t really show the true colors. She also said that their showroom has fluorescent bulbs and the colors are hard to see correctly. They are unwilling to to redo the countertops to my satisfaction without having to pay a discounted price, which is still $1300. Customer service is not its strong point here considering the ratings it has gotten from the BBB. People do yourselves a favor and go into their showroom to pick a color.
