Miracle Method of Miami

We have been extremely pleased with the "like new" countertops and backsplashes in our kitchen. The rounded edges and corners make the whole kitchen look like a very expensive do-over. We recently noticed the finish was starting to look a little flat in some spots. We called the Miracle Method office and they sent over Phil, a quality control representative. He unhesitantly volunteered to recoat the areas in question. Dustin from Miracle Method did a great job and was very conscientious about the clean-up when he was finished. The finished repair job looks fantastic and is undistinguishable from the original job. For any of their resurfacing jobs they offer, I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend Miracle Method.

The previous owner of our house did a lot of work himself with VERY unusual tile color and size choices that were a complete eyesore. We wanted a more modern feel without having to dish out 20k or more to completely redo our master bathroom. We called Miracle Method for the walls and floors. The sales and scheduling team were excellent. Our technician was professional, punctual and the project was completed by the set time. We are thrilled with our new bathroom at a 1/4 of the price. The pictures don’t do it justice. We totally recommend!

I had my tub refinished with Miracle Method in June 2024 . I sent pictures of my cast iron tub to them and they claimed that they could remove the rust and make it look new with a 5 year warranty . In August 2024 the rust returned and was making the tub paint bubble . I called and emailed Jaime ( miami location ) and she said she would have to see if the warranty would cover this! Jaime then referred me to Ashley . Ashley said that the master technician would be able to repair it when they got another job in this area but I could use the tub in the interim . Several months passed and the technician ( Phillip Crawford ) came and repaired it . 2 months later the tub paint started coming off , bubbling and peeling and rust was coming back . I called Ashley Dec 2025 and she said they would not

I researched the companies and chose Miracle Method. They warranty their work and the level of professionalism and expertise from office to completed project was excellent. Beginning with Ashley in the office who fielded several calls, to Marius for estimates and expert shower door installation, and Mario the technician who changed our tub from beige to white--all great people who know how to do their job well.

Great experience with this company. Had my tub and kitchen sink resurfaced and it came out great. The technician was friendly and made sure the job was well taped off, ventilated and kept the work area clean.
