Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

It’s been over a year and a half since my shower tub was resurfaced, and it looks as good as the day it was completed. And I can add that the surface stays very clean — definitely a plus. Bottom line: This has been one of my best-ever home improvements.

Let me start by saying that I was apprehensive with surface refinishing rather than gutting the bathroom, but I couldn’t be happier with the results. Kyle was professional, personable, knowledgeable , and took pride in his work. I highly recommend this company and of course Kyle as the technician. Great way to update a bathroom without the crazy cost of doing a complete demo. Do your homework as not all resurfacing companies are equal.. so glad I selected Miracle Method.

The service was professional, efficient and courteous. Our tub had extreme damage to the surface. After Miracle Method, it looks like we have a brand new tub!!!! What a great job!!!!!

My first step in choosing a contractor is to read the reviews, starting with a few one-star, and then following up with the 4- and 5-star reviews. Dismissing the low reviews as irrelevant, I called MM for an estimate and the job was literally done within a week since we were able to fill a cancelled spot. Even so, there was patience, courtesy and a desire to ensure that we understood exactly what was going to happen, the disruptions we would experience, and the unpleasant odors we would have to deal with for a few days. As the job progressed, we were kept informed of that progress and any questions or concerns we had were patiently and thoroughly addressed, and when the job was complete, we were given every opportunity to point out anything that we weren’t satisfied with. Loved it! Justin did the work. It took a little longer than expected because our weather was so damp and humid. The room needed longer to dry. We did the bathroom--both walls, tub and floor tiles. I went from pepto bismol pink to a beautiful off white. We had contacted Miracle Method after seeing the two bathrooms they did for my neighbor. Justin was excellent. Kept us apprised of everything he was doing. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
