Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

Excellent experience. Lexie was great during the sale/estimate process. She provided a great quote and scheduled us quickly for the following week. Their refinisher Ty did an excellent job on my kitchen countertop, completing the job professionally in a little over half a day. He was very courteous and friendly. My countertop looked even better than I had expected and I can't describe how I feel seeing my old countertop looking like a new stone installation. I'm very very pleased.

Miracle method has been terrible to deal with. I’ve asked to speak to the owner/manager and they won’t put me in contact with him/her. They’ve been out to the property to redo the job several times, tried to blame us and it continues to look terrible. I do not recommend this company! Edit: to respond to their response!! If the faucet was leaking and the tech knew why on earth would you make the repair and waste time, money etc instead of picking up the phone and letting me know. Btw it also helps if the technician would turn the valves all the way off… I’m very sad that you’re pushing the blame to your customer and not taking responsibility.

I'm confused on this bathtub and sink refinish from Miracle Method Surface refinishing. It's not good, but it's not totally bad. They had to come out a second time to redo their first mess, which was okay with me. I understand that mistakes can be made and people need to have a chance to try again. So now, the bathtub and sink are finished, or I should say refinished, and they are white (very white), but the surface is not great. It has a thin, rough, pebbly feel; not the smooth surface you get on a porcelain tub and sink. The price was definitely cheaper than redoing the entire bathroom, but what's the old saying? "You get what you pay for."

We absolutely love our countertops. George was such a great tech, great job, great value. We love Stacey too. They are coming back to bid more work!
