Mirkwood Builders did a fantastic job building a new deck for us last year. The bid was fair and reasonable for such an extensive project. First they had to tear down our old deck which was damaged due to settling, and then build a brand new deck. Leroy and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. When the project was done, they cleaned up the work area very nicely. The deck itself is beautiful and built to our satisfaction! Thank you, Leroy and crew, for our wonderful deck. We absolutely love how it looks and how sturdy it is! We’re planning to spend as much on it as we can come spring!

Towards the end of 2024, my wife and I decided to put our old house on the market and go through the process of purchasing a new one. We weren’t entirely sure of what we were looking for regarding square footage, bedrooms, brand new build vs newer build, etc., but as soon as we toured a brand new home built by Mirkwood Builders, we knew it was the one. When we were going through our journey of finding a new home, my wife and I looked into the larger builders in the valley and identified a few concerns: 1. Reviews being left for lack of quality and poor customer service regarding warranty claims. 2. Cookie cutter homes being built as quickly as possible. 3. Bang for your buck.
