We would like to thank Luke & his crew from Mission Air for installing a new heat pump system today. Even in this bitter cold weather, they got it done. I contacted Mission Air for an emergency HVAC /heating system repair upon returning home last evening to a house that was 49 degrees after being away for a couple days. It was forecasted to drop to 28 and the temperature in the house would as well…and I was very worried about the water pipes with no other source of heat in the house. I Googled and upon reading Mission’s reviews and seeing their 4.9 rating, called them. A tech, Luke, contacted me within minutes and was at my home within a couple hours. Mission Air has completely earned our trust and loyalty! Our first experience with Mission Air was excellent. They replaced our downstairs HVAC unit. We were so impressed with the quality of the product and the quality of the technicians, especially Luke who oversaw the project. Then, when our upstairs unit (original to the house) died the evening before a major winter storm, we submitted a request for service, hoping to be high on their list for after-storm repairs. Instead, we had a phone call in 10 minutes, and Luke was at our house about 10 minutes after that. He was so professional and kind, and he diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly. We could not believe the quick service, and we were so grateful not to be stuck without heat!

Needed a new furnace and some duct replacement. Very good prices. Luke and the guys did great work and answered all the questions I had. They were able to send a team with enough people to complete a considerable amount of work in 1 day. Scheduler was very helpful. Initial tech was very knowledgeable as well. First time with Mission but would work with them again instead of a lot of the other big companies in the area.

The first person that came was Dan! He was outstanding! Immediately found the issue and called to take care of the service! Highly recommended!! Tom was the person who came out to fix the issue with the water tank and he was amazing to work with!! He is the only person who called me back after hours twice!! The only reason this company got my business was because of the fast response time and them caring enough to call me back after hours! Thank you so much!!!
