Mission Floors

I spent a couple of months picking a contractor to put about 2000 sq ft of hardwood flooring in my house, including 50 stairs. I found three I liked, all of whom seemed knowledgeable and carried a variety of quality products, and whose estimates were similar. Mission stood out in also being very prompt with a can-do attitude. Bonnie was very generous with her time and expertise. When I first contacted her about an estimate, I mentioned that I wanted to get rid of the carpet in the house ASAP because of moisture and allergy issues. She arranged for an installer with some free time to strip all the carpet the very next day. Eventually I got interested in a Cali Bamboo product I'd seen on line that Mission didn't regularly carry. Bonnie is a gem! She is obviously very busy, and my job was not very big, but she always has such as can-do attitude. She even recommended the flush mount heater vents for my new hardwood floors being installed by someone else! And then she tracked down the Cheetah print stair runner carpet that I am replacing. Five stars for sure!

After getting three bids from local floor companies we went with Mission because of their attention to detail . the other two company sent out measuring guys and they said that there was two spots in the house that they would have to ADDRESS once they started the job. addressing a situation always cost money. .when I ask mission to come out and measured it and then they sent the installer to take a good look at the two addressed areas that we needed to look at. He, tore back the carpet and linoleum . they did the installation. not only did they remove the old particle board so there was no transition they trimmed everything out beautifully they put in new baseboard for us they did a fabulous job thank you so much!

Mission Floors are the best! They have a wide range of products covering the full spectrum of price points. We have used them four times now and they have always been great to work with and do an impeccable job - we wouldn't be repeat (and repeat...and repeat) customers if they did anything less! We have used them for smaller patch jobs where they had to match old hardwood, to large whole house projects. They are our go to, no matter what job. Highly recommended.

Not impressed. There is no parking and no one knowledgeable person to aid us very well. I pointed at a material and was told based on my appearance I guess that that material was too expensive for me. The middle age blond lady was probably right, but did she have an X ray vision into my bank account?
