Our pool is exactly what we'd hoped it would be! Our designer worked with us to get it just right; together with the other staff of amazing craftsman, we have the pool of our dreams. The roll-on cover has saved the life of our rambunctious 3 year old grandson more than once. Together with a beautiful fire-feature designed and built by Mission, our backyard was been transformed. When I called Mission Pools to ask about what it might take to install a lap pool in our new backyard, Dennis Miramontes went above and beyond to answer our questions and even connect us with a great landscape architect for the rest of our project as well. Mission Pools built my pool about 2 years ago - nice pool. I called them out about a leak coming from the salt chlorinator they recently replaced -- they came out and fixed the leak. The *next* morning when I turned on the spa, it drained into the pool. So I called Mission Pools, I was sure it must be a valve left in a different position after the repair. Person on the phone said no, tech didn't touch any valves -- we'll have to charge you to come out. I said, really?? Your guy was just out, nobody but the tech touched my pool in the past 12 hours, what's the deal? They insisted that I would be charged to fix this problem. I said that's ridiculous!!
