My name is Mike Bass and I am the owner of ace Foam/ Mission Stone. i have been making fireplace mantles since 2008 and I have always taken care of customers issues if the come up. I just saw today that some lady posted a negative review on my company. i tried to see if i could find an invoice from the name on her review, but we have no record of a sale to Mrs Reed. I would like to say that this is a bogus review to tarnish my company name. I wish there was a way that she would contact my company to find out if she actually purchased this mantle from my company. thanks for reading this response to the review and any customer that places an order with our company, please mention this review for $100 off your mantle purchase. After ordering my fireplace they made it in the wrong color. I wanted the natural color and they made it in a horrible gold color. They said they would make it right but instead of making it over they just sanded and ground off the gold color leaving nicks and swirl marks all over it and then wouldn't refund my money. I was stuck with this horrible fireplace. And now it has numerous cracks. I felt like I should have at least got what I ordered. Update from my previous review: this was not a bogus review. I tried so very hard to get someone to help me but when a guy came out just made excuses saying it looked fine and I have had numerous people say what a horrible job it was. I would never leave a bad review just to hurt someone, I'm just not like that and it takes a lot to get me to compl
