Installing our custom closets with Missouri City Custom closets was a great experience. They worked with us on marrying our vision with an affordable cost. Malcolm and the team worked with me to create a custom closet. We had a few virtual and in-person meetings until we decided on the best fit. They gave us a few dates for the wardrobe and a timeline (which ended up going over a week or so over the end date). The team that was on site was professional. The team that came in to put in the closet was incredibly hard-working, and we tipped them additionally for their exceptional service. There were a few components that I would hope they would improve on in the future: -When the workers were in my carpeted bedroom, they did not put down a drop cloth to protect the floor from dust, paint, etc. -They also did not use a fan to protect my bedroom from dust, resulting in dust throughout the room. Malcolm and his crew did an amazing job adding more cabinets to my kitchen and expanding my pantry. They were able to match the existing cabinets, stone and shelves and above all took the time to do it right. Their attention to detail, pride on workmanship and professionalism was something that is hard to find these days. I will use them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends.
