Mister Sparky scheduled my appointment super fast. Jay arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, polite and explained the situation. He fixed the issue with parts he had with him. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

I have dealt with many contractors over the years and by far this company is top 3 companies I have dealt with. They came out the same day I called for an estimate and that same day I got the estimate via email. Less than 2 weeks later the job was done. I had another company prior to them that I waiting over a year and no work was done and I had difficult time getting my money back. Mr. Sparky and Jay were very professional and did not waste my time with pointless things. The only thing I would say I think they should not do is ask for money to come out to give an estimate. They took that charge off and came out for a free estimate but in terms of loosing customers that is possible way of not being able to get business. I would highly recommend them Jay is a great guy and very informative

Had a great experience with Mister Sparky. Tracy was extremely helpful over the phone - she helped schedule an appointment for a quote and stayed in touch throughout helping find the best times for installation. Jay came buy to assess the installation and provide a quote. The pricing made sense when adding up all the work that was involved, plus a permit. Ultimately, an electrician in the family was able to come buy and help us install our wall connector, but I have utmost confidence that Mister Sparky would have done a stellar job and take no shortcuts based on all of our interactions, thorough explanations, and reviews - we’ll certainly keep this solid company in mind for future needs.
