I am very pleased with this company (Mister Sparky) They were able to get a technician out the same day & at a convenient time for me!! Oliver called me with an arrival time and he did a GREAT job on my electrical issue!! Very nice young man!! Definitely recommend Mister Sparky for electrical needs!!

Contacted Mr. Sparky to replace a 15amp AFCI breaker in the box, which had failed (~ 15 years old). They arrived promptly and the technician was polite and professional, but they wanted $575 to replace one breaker. That's a $70 breaker and $500 in labor for a 5 minute job. I politely passed and watched some videos and did the replacement myself; however, I still had to pay the $80 appointment fee. Very professional but the pricing is simply outrageous. I should have requested an estimate over the phone. SAFETY WARNING: Please do not mess with your electrical box if you do not know what you are doing, and even then, don't do it. Hire a professional.

Fantastic service arrived super fast and charged way less than we expected. It was a minor issue and nobody tried to price gouge or make it complicated and expensive. Plus they were here within a very short time of when I called to request help. As cold as it's been and our central heat is down for the winter all we have is small space heaters and electric blankets keeping us and 6 cats alive this winter it was very important that we not lose our power. Life saving service if I think about it and only charged $50. I can't say enough good things about my expiration. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I highly recommend MISTER SPARKY OF BAYTOWN, MY TECHNICIAN OLIVER WAS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM, HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND HE TOOK TIME TO CHECK OUT HIS WORK BEFORE LEAVING, HE TOOK PRIDE IN HIS WORK AND OLIVER IS VERY KIND AND IF I EVER NEED AN ELECTRICIAN, OLIVER IS THE ONLY ONE I WILL CALL AT THE BAYTOWN OFFICE, MISTER SPARKY. Spoke to Riley in the office who got me squeezed in for a next day service, tech arrived on time and was very efficient with getting my gfci replaced and all my outlets back up and running! To top it off, cost less than the toaster oven I thought I was going to have to replace!! Will use again.
