Heat went out so we submitted a request for service through their website around midnight. The office acknowledged my request at 8:30 AM. The technician called at 10:00 AM to let us know they were on the way. They were on-site by 11:00 AM. They quickly corrected the issue which was caused by a small mistake from their last preventative maintenance visit a few months prior. They were honest, up-front, fast, polite, and didn't charge anything for the corrective action. Yes, this is what should happen, but it's great to see it in action. Anyone can make a mistake, but it's how a mistake is handled that really defines an organization. They are responsive, communicative and stand by their work. Well done!

I had a great customer experience with Mitchell Cooling & Heating and Matt R. He was very helpful and answered all my questions before he began his work. Matt was extremely thorough and walked through all of the steps he was taking to help identify the issues I was experiencing with my HVAC system. It was nice having a polite and well manored individual to work with and allow into my home. Matt has been well trained in his field and it is much appreciated by me. Thanks guys

Mitchell cooling and heating has been fantastic. Havent had them do any huge projects yet thank goodness but I have them come out for scheduled maintenance twice a year in order to make sure everything stays working properly. Every tech ive had come out to the house has been great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The tech was on time and thorough. He made suggestions on my thermostat settings to increase comfort and efficiency. I requested pricing for an upgraded filter installation and was given a prompt written estimate. I did not feel like there was a push to upsell and did not feel rushed.
