Our technician, Juan N., did an exceptional job on our annual tune-up. We specifically requested him because he had previously come out on a service call to fix an issue with our boiler and impressed us with his thoroughness and professionalism. He was knowledgeable and meticulous and took the time to explain the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. He answered all our questions thoroughly and really put us at ease. I can’t say enough great things about Mitchell. They removed and installed a new System 2,000 six years ago and its worked perfectly and have saved $1,000 over the years. Recently I needed an old propane furnace repaired and their maintenance technician Dan was fantastic. Their response was in hours. I’m also very pleased with their contact fuel prices.

Have been buying both oil snd propane from Mitchell for several years and am thoroughly delighted with their service. Propane fuels our generator and in the past Mitchell has delivered very timely refills when prolonged power outages have exhausted our existing fuel. Their staff are a pleasure to work with and the company offers multiple ways to lock-in fuel prices. I have used several fuel suppliers over the past 27 years and Mitchell has outperformed them all. GREAT COMPANY! Mitchell also services our oil burner and they are very professional and honor their appointments regardless of the time of year. Anyone considering a fuel supplier change would find them a positive business to retain.

Dear Mitchell Oil, I wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Wendy and David (driver) that helped us out today. Our home was out of heating oil, the furnace was shut down, the house was literally down to 30 degrees. Wendy arranged the delivery as quickly as possible and David called to let us know he was in the way, delivered oil, and re-fired the furnace. Both were professional, efficient, empathetic and kind. We have been a Mitchell customer for over 40 years and that is why - highly recommend Mitchell. Thank you!

The staff and service of Mitchell Oil is just outstanding . I’ve been their customer since 2002 ( going on 24 yrs). The maintenance people are kind and thorough in ensuring your equipment is running well. The staff, Stephanie has been helpful in responding to questions and request and more notable , in a prompt manner . Diana has recently helped me in understanding and securing a suitable home heating oil plan. Great team
