Mitchell Heating

I can't speak to the quality of the work because it was just completed but I was very unhappy with the tech who came. I had 2 previous appointments scheduled and had taken days off of work to to accommodate them, both times they cancelled on me. I schedule according to my schedule this time as I can't keep taking time off work and the tech showed up an hour and a half early. I had to, very unprofessionally, leave a meeting to let him in and as I tried to explain I was not available he got very snappy, argumentative and lied about what I said when scheduling. I would not use them again or recommend them.

Jeff Brown of Mitchell Heating and Cooling went way above and beyond to help us get the good Trane system we desired in our Marshall Fire complete rebuild! We will simply say he helped us overcome several non-typical situations that could have easily turned into big problems for us. We are grateful we chose a company that truly cared. Shout out to Jay, a very knowledgeable and caring professional technician that actually performed the back end work in our home recently. Great folks all... Thank you Mitchell HVAC!

Tim showed up on time and very professional. He explained what the issue was and did a complete review of my furnace and replace the part quickly. I would definitely have him back for any future needs and would recommend Mitchell Heating!!

Technician arrived on time and was courteous and professional. Was not rushed. Took time to find source of cold air problem and explained possible solution. Covered feet in booties before coming in. Pleased with service. Highly recommend.

When I scheduled the visit I asked if they cleaned the ac units as part of the maintenance. I was told yes on the phone while booking and yes by the contractor at the house. It is my own fault that I did not check it before he left. But the contractor told me how much he cleaned off the ac units. I checked today and nothing was cleaned. Still, hair, cotton normal build up one the coils and still the same dirt and trash sitting at the bottom of each unit. Would not recommend using this company. I should have looked at the quality before my original rating post. This is why I have edited it.
