From our first meeting, I felt very comfortable. The team was respectful, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. I definitely got what I envisioned from start to finish. I wanted a space that felt clean and modern; They absolutely delivered. I am more than thrilled with the portico project done on my home that was completed in August 2024. I would give 10 stars if I could!! I requested an estimate from Mitchell Precision Builders to do a complete refacing of my current portico, to a design that I saw in a photograph that I loved. I do not even have enough words to say how extremely outstanding the work was done by the builders. They took a copy of my photograph and transformed my home beautifully into a replica with unprecedentedly expert attention to all detail. This was not an easy project, especially in trying to copy just a photograph and they more than excelled in every aspect. If I could leave negative stars I would. Our project (full exterior renovation) began in September, despite signing our contract in June of 2025 and had promised it would be finished before our October 3rd wedding, we received excuse after excuse as to the delays later to find this contractor had caused major plumbing issues while completing a job at the end of our street. Our project “finished” the week of Halloween, we had been told we were waiting on our back awning. During the months of work we had an interior leak causing ceiling damage, due to them not sealing the patio properly. Several days of no one showing up to work, heard him cursing out his employees regularly etc.. Cue to today, we have been reaching out for weeks in regard to the awning that still isn’t here, as well as havi

I am actively engaged with both the NJ and PA Attorney General's office in regards to unexecuted signed contract work from this business. The business has also falsely claimed on social media that our job was "wrapped up", despite acknowledging in writing that incomplete work on the project remains, including not removing a large pile of project debris and trash from my yard. As of right now I cannot recommend that you do business with this company. If you must work with them, review all agreements with an attorney prior to signing, and only communicate with them in writing.
