M&J Carpet Cleaning

I don't enjoy leaving a bad review, but I will do it to encourage honesty and accountability. I had a sofa cleaned and they ripped a hole in it. I have before and after pictures. They refuse to claim fault or offer any reimbursement. Even if the cleaners were not aware, there's a picture before and after. I don't really think any discussion is needed. I'd take your business elsewhere.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Miguel Parco, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and explained everything before he started. The carpets in my living room and bedrooms were in rough shape after years of foot traffic and a couple of pet stains but now they look (and smell) brand new! Miguel was thorough, careful with furniture, and even got out a few tough spots I thought were permanent. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the results.

Our tenant had extremely dirty rugs and told us no carpet cleaner could put a dent in the carpet. He said we'd need to buy a new one after he moved out. Well he was wrong - M&J cleaner made the carpet look fantastic. They worked extremely hard to get rid of the stain and completely transformed the space. We used them in the apartment we left as well and we were very impressed w/ their work there and were able to get a full security deposit on our move out. In addition to being great cleaners, Soledad and Miguel are prompt, responsive, easy to communicate with. They were also less expensive than another carpet cleaner we had got a quote from. If you want to support a local, small family business, I highly recommend M&J carpet!

I’ve use M&J twice now to clean the carpets in my home and the hallways of our building. They have always been on time and quick. They are super easy to book and my quote has always matched my bill.

I could not be more impressed with M&J carpet cleaning. I called them at 8:30pm on a Friday night, they answered the phone and provided service at 8:00am the next morning after we had a pet stain on a light colored, wool carpet. They were prompt, professional, provided tips for how to effectively treat the stain during the night and were able to successfully remove the stain in the morning. I would without question recommend M&J carpet cleaning to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner. Thank you M&J!
