He made sure to let me know things that were wrong before he touched anything so that I was aware. His price was also affordable and fair. This was best service I have ever had. They gave me quote immediately. They stuck by the amount they quoted. Juan was on time. When they had to reschedule Juan came to my house to explain the issue to why they needed to reschedule. Juan worked in very cold weather and continues to work until it got late. He scheduled for himself to come and finish the work. He again was on time. He explained all that he saw and how he was doingto his job. He was very kind, respectful, and professional. The wind knocked the ladder off the roof and brok my glass table. He apologized and told me to get a quote send it to have it fixed or replaced. No fuse. I did that and immediately they responded with reduction in cost the replace the glass. There was no fuse. I never once had to complain. This is best serv
