Very responsive. Did a great job of updating me with their arrival times. Unfortunately they were unable to repair my kitchen faucet, but gave me all the pointers needed to choose a replacement set and when I was ready, they came out within a day and had it installed in less than hour.
Overcharged on parts and labor. Sent two employees out for a one man job.
