All home buyers beware! We paid $500k for a brand new home only to have a driveway that's not covered under warranty. I understand if it's normal defects but our concrete is so soft that it is crumbling and falling apart. There's a crack from one side to the other side. We called MJC warranty department and they refuse to let us put in a warranty request because the driveway is not covered. This should be an exception because the quality to work here is purely garbage. The professionalism of the cement company totally disregards the skills needed to lay a driveway. The owner tried to tell us that the driveway was laid into 2020 which is not correct because we moved in the house in October 2021. In 2020 there was no driveway the house was under construction.
