I was driving down interstate 90 at 630 when someone in an Mjm construction work truck (White Ford) Threw a drink out his window at my car

While working on a project on Toni Rae they seemed to go out of their way to annoy the people in the neighborhood and did unnecessary blocking of the roadways. Had a "we will do anything we like" attitude. Very antagonistic.

Horrible experience. They are doing work in front of our house right now for a developer. This morning, as I'm pulling out of our road to go to work at 7:15 a.m., they tell me that our water will be turned off between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. for about 45 minutes and the road may be partially blocked. My wife is home with our two young kids so I called her and let her know. My wife calls me at 11:30 saying that they approached her at around 11:00 a.m., as my wife is leaving for work, and let her know that they haven't turned off the water as planned and that they're only now going to be doing it for an unknown amount of time.
