Mike was incredible. My husband and I ran into some last second issues and were unable to attend the inspection. Since it wasn't our first time using Mike as a home inspector we felt comfortable having him go to the house without us. Mike met the seller's realtor as well as our own at the house. They were impressed by how through and knowledgeable he was as we always are. Mike kept us informed throughout the entire process and we felt at ease knowing we had the right person looking at our future home. Michael is qualified, efficient and incredibly good at his job. His report was useful and detailed. We wholeheartedly recommend him to all future home buyers!

I was referred to Mike by a cousin of mine, and I could not be more satisfied with his thoroughness of the inspection he performed on our first home purchase! Looking to buy a house - schedule a home inspection with MJM - you will be happy with the results. The inspector was very informative as we walked through the property pointing out issues and where repairs were done well. The report that followed was jammed packed with info, photos and recommendations. The inspector presented himself in a professional manner. He was knowledgeable and spoke on our level.
