Given the temperature requirements for rubber roof installation (40F), they were incredibly responsive and took advantage of a brief warm spell on December 31st. The team arrived promptly at 7am to maximize the workable hours and efficiently completed the entire project before noon. Highly recommend MJY. Manny was reliable and his crew works hard. Ice dam caused a leak Saturday night. Manny came over Sunday morning to look at it and give me a quote, his crew arrived an hour later and took care of it.
