This was our 31 year old Colorado Blue Spruce that my husband and I planted ourselves.. They charged us $300.00 to hang a strand of 100 lights. It took them approximately 30 minutes..This is a 15- 20 foot tall tree.. I immediately sent the pictures to my oldest daughter, who is a 4th grade school teacher. She asked me, did some of the lights go out? I said no, this is the job they did. They did offer to finish the job for another $200.00. I told them I could not afford $500.00 to decorate a tree.. They did refund my money. The tree is dark now.. I am 61 years of age, and my husband is 65 years of age and he is a surviving cancer patient. MK Ultra Clean LLC replied in a timely manner to give an estimate and schedule the power washing. The result of cleaning the deck and house was great!

Our condo building was done very well, however I feel that the two garage buildings could have used a little more attention. Also, we were scheduled to start at 8:30am and they were at least two hours late showing up. Overall a pretty thorough job.

This business is so wonderful to work with. They take pride in the product they install and are very helpful when explaining how to use it. They are professional and personable at the same time. I would highly recommend them.
