We had MKC Solutions install a new indoor and outdoor HVAC system along with all new ductwork, and the entire experience was excellent. The old system and ductwork were removed efficiently, and the new installation was completed quickly, cleanly, and professionally. A big thank you to Mason for designing the most efficient and cost-effective system for our home — it’s already made a noticeable difference. Shout-out to Kim and Dean for their outstanding work on the installation; they were prompt, thorough, and left everything spotless. MKC is the best! They have now replaced both AC systems at our home. Johnny and his team found us a 4 ton unit and had in up and running the same day. Top notch service and price. I highly recommend this company! Chad came out first to check our system (we had a freon leak that couldn't be fixed). That same day, Mason came out to give us an estimate on a new AC. Cody came to install our new system and all three men were professional, friendly and very helpful! Mason even came out the day of installation to make sure all went well. Cody was very fast with the installation and I had a cool house in no time. I couldn't be happier with them. I would highly recommend you call this company if you have any AC needs. We just got a house and we were aware that the AC was not at its 100% we trusted other people who where not a full on company to fix it spent altogether 3 thousand dollars and still where having problems with it. My husband and I were so done with it. We called MKC Solutions and Mason came in to do the quote the same day I called, he explained everything in detail every question I had he answered. Noone ever wants AC issues in the heat of the summer but with the way MKC showed up for my family was unbelievable. The day I called they had someone at my house within 2 hours both my indoor unit and outdoor unit were done for. Mason quickly addressed the issues getting us a quote and then helping us find the best route financially for our family. Mason went out of his way to make sure we quickly got on the schedule within days Cody was at our house to remove and install our new units. Cody was kind thorough and quickly got us our new units in! With everyone at MKC they intentionally went out of their way to make sure my family was taken care of.
