Marlin at MKS consruction did a great job on my garage roofs with standing seam. He was very reasonable on price also. Would gladly recommend to friends.

MKS construction did an amazing job converting our window to a sliding door. After speaking with many companies that refused to even come see our space I was able to find MKS. Marlin was happy to take a look and always kept an honest opinion with us in the planning process. He provided suggestions, took extra steps to make sure it looked flawless, and was beyond great with communication. We plan to use MKS for any project we can going forward as we had such a professional and genuine experience with this company. 10 out of 10 recommend them for your contracting needs.

I am extremely pleased with this company’s work and would definitely recommend them to others and would use them for future projects. They recently turned one large hallway bathroom into two bathrooms, a master and hallway- moving doors, walls, plumbing/ electric and a lot of tile. They were able to match and repair/ replace the original stained trim of my Victorian era home. Everyone was very nice, respectful, they cleaned up their work, project was completed on time, anytime I had a request it was completed . Thank you again!

MKS Construction did an excellent job to replace the report oof on my house and shed. I also had them replace my gutters rand downspouts. Marlin was very responsive throughout the entire process in addressing my questions and concerns.The crew was very organized and went carefully through the work area when done to ensure that they left my house in a very clean state. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any roof repairs or replacement.
