I've been a long-term customer of MLC Construction. Chris has replaced my leaking, hail-damaged roof. Recently, in February 2026, his crew performed maintenance on my roof and penetrations with a polyglass epoxy and cap sheet, and upgraded my old refrigerated AC from 5 to 8 tons! He and his crew were punctual and cleaned up their working area every day. It is great working with Chris, and I recommend using his company.

I worked with Chris on a project for a 30 year shingle re-roof. He was very easy to work with. Very tentative, attention to detail was on point! I look forward to working with him in the future!

Chris not only followed through on everything we hired him for, but also went above and beyond. He holds a high regard for honesty and transparency. His ability to explain meaningful parts of the project, and constant updates (including pictures) were well appreciated. His employees (shout out to Rafa) were respectful and helpful when asked questions. They did an excellent job being on time everyday and working to get the job completed during the appropriate time frames.

Chris worked on my flat roof. My insurance only covered partial cost, because they stated it was wear and tear. However, Chris negotiated an affordable price with me. In addition, I am planning for him to fix the inside damage to my house in which my insurance refused to pay, His crew did an excellent job. After completion of my roof, Chris has made followed-up calls to check if I have experienced further problems. This company is highly dependable!
