Chris, the project manager, and his crew were outstanding - they inspected my roof and installed a new one with great attention to detail. The customer service was top-notch, and the pricing was unbeatable for the quality of materials and work. Out of 6 roofing companies that visited our development, MLM Roofing stood out for their honesty and transparency. I strongly recommend MLM Home Improvement - couldn't be more satisfied!

Some issues with getting a date to do roof. Several issues that kept me calling the insurance company back for revised estimates. But end result roof looks great and work crew did a fantastic job!

Awesome job by MLM! They were done in a half day and the house just pops out of the neighborhood now! I was kept updated by Dallas on the progress of his crew and it was just an overall smooth process, for a good quality roof! Very good service from Arda as well, this guy was able to get it covered by the insurance and helped me navigate through the process. Would refer to anyone!

Experience with MLM was very good. Started off with Jevone with the initial inspection. Our next step was to get our application into my wife and I’s insurance company. He was able to provide great insight on what to expect and played a vital role as middle man between us and the insurance company. Set expectations and that’s exactly what happened. Then he was very knowledgeable about our shingle/ply wood options, made the process feel seamless. Dallas was our install manager and was very professional throughout the install process. Him and his team were able to do a full wood/shingle replacement in just a day and some change and kept me updated on the progress being made throughout the day. The crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards, could barely notice. Overall great experience and
