I connected with MLM last year as I wanted to have my roof assessed. After meeting with James it was determined the roof had suffered sufficient damage to warrant replacement. My insurance company is very difficult to deal with but James and MLM handled the entire process. They went above and beyond and in the end my insurance company paid for the entire roof replacement. James gave us great advice relative to the look of the roof we picked out as well as our full gutter replacement. On his recommendation we went with black gutters and we love the look. We couldn’t be happier with the process, how it came out or how great MLM was to work with. MLM replaced the roof across the street from me 2 weeks ago. They opened up the attic on a wicked windy day and all the fiberglass blew out all over my property. They did a half assed job of picking up the big chunks in the rain one day and then told me it’s normal to have pieces left around and it won’t be there forever. I have now spent several hours with a leaf blower and rake and picking up literally thousands of tiny pieces and I still can’t walk 10’ without finding more. It’s tracking into my house it’s all over my patio. It’s everywhere. I’m so ridiculously pissed and there’s nothing I can do but keep picking it up piece by piece. PLEASE USE A MORE CONSIDERATE ROOFING COMPANY. They could have prevented this.

MLM home improvements recently completed a roofing job for my house, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the beginning, Caleb was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly. The crew was also amazing polite, hard-working, and always punctual. I highly recommend MLM home improvements to anyone needing roofing services!

We primarily dealt with Cody Fernandez,salesperson for MLM. While our interactions with Cody were great, the communication between the company to customer was lacking. Our roof was completed on Tuesday 9/30. It's a large roof, the crew was here all day. They took time to move objects that may be damaged, and the cleanup looks better than it did before. We are happy with the project. They were some hiccups the day of, but Caleb, the project manager, was able to resolve them.

I had MLM come out and inspect my roof because I knew I had been needing a new roof for awhile due to age and I wanted to see how much longer I could get out of it before replacement. The inspector Mike came out and after his inspection, informed me that he found a handful of missing shingles on my roof and a couple soft spots. Come to find out, I qualified for storm restoration and we were able to have our insurance pay for full roof replacement. Thanks to Mike for being very thorough and guiding us through the whole process.
