Both Scott and Harrison were really on the ball. They communicated every day and every opportunity that they had. They made my 87-year-old mom feel at ease and as her son I felt the professionalism from Scott and Harrison. The crew working on the floor were excellent.

MLR Builders did a fantastic job on all three of my fortified roofs. The roofs came out beautiful, communication with Mike and Perry couldn't have been better, and they even helped guide me through the process of the grant I received. I would recommend them to anyone.

After a fire destroyed our house (both floors had to be gutted to the studs and brick), MLR was a lifesaver. They worked with us, met with the insurance company's field adjuster, helped guide me through the process with the insurance company and the whole rebuild process. Lloyd was great as we worked on the budget, initial material selection and working with the insurance company. Morgan was so helpful with keeping track of material selection, invoices and payments and she answered any question I had immediately. During the rebuild, Scott was our PM and he was great. Very responsive and helpful all along the way. We had a lot of obstacles starting with the city and they just handled everything for me. As with any construction project we encountered a few problems and ever single one

We had MLR install a fortified roof in May 2025. The business guys and the roofing crew were both very prompt and professional with the scheduling and completion of the job. The end result looks great and I inspected the work (roof jacks, drop edge, etc) and was very happy with the roof. I'd recommend this company. Thanks!

Working with Matt at MLR was a great experience overall! He is exceptionally responsive, no matter what question or concern came up, he was quick to reply and ready with a solution. It is clear he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. Matt even went above and beyond his scope of the project, lending a hand with things like a purchase decision and even offering some thoughtful input on design choices. The subcontractor, Wilson’s group, also deserves a mention. Their attention to detail was evident not just in their craftsmanship but in how carefully they protected the rest of the house from dust and debris. It’s rare to see that level of consideration on a job site.
