MLW All Phase Construction & Roofing

Everyone here was great to work with. They handled our new garage, driveway, covered patio and roofing project (including changes to designs mid project), quickly, efficiently, and on budget. I will definitely use them again.

Everyone I dealt with at MLW were professional. From the customer rep explaining their roofing products to the on site supervisor to the roofers themselves were respectful and competent. I especially appreciated the work MLW does after hearing horror stories from neighbors who used companies other than MLW.

We had an excellent experience with MLW Roofing. They came out to inspect within 18 hours of our online request, had an estimate ready a few hours later, and performed the repairs within 2 days. We even had a question about an area a few days after the repairs. Their response time to our call was equally expedient and the necessary work was completed in the same visit. We will use MLW for all future roofing needs!

After three months of struggle we finally had the roof ready for shingles for a new construction SFH in Elberton Georgia. MLW came highly recommended by the outfit where the owner purchased the shingles. They came a nd provided a detailed estimate for the labor to install the roof which was VERY reasonable - such that I told the owner to jump on it ASAP to get on their schedule. The crew arrived very early in the morning and immediately got to work. Being there for most of the day I was able to observe that their work was very professional and high quality. Omar and his crew, working through the blistering heat, not only did an outstanding job but finished in one day just before it rained. The installation in 2020 went well. However in August 2025 there was a substantial leak around the chimney, in heavy rain. MLW followed up promptly under 10yr warranty with several visits and eventually re-flashed the entire chimney, after discovering a problem with the original install.
