MM Casa Inc

This company has two obvious problems: 1. The colors they advertise are not even close to accurate. I ordered a red recliner and the color is an orangish brown. Maybe they just sent the wrong chair? 2. I ordered this chair through Macy’s. I called Macy’s customer service who followed up with MM Casa on my behalf because almost three weeks later they haven’t processed my refund for the returned recliner. They tell Macy’s that they will reply to their request in five (MORE) business days.

I bought a faucet from them through Home Depot. It broke after 5 months. They sent me a replacement which also broke after 5 months. They did not replace the second one and said they could not do anything about it.
