Max is the kind of individual one always hopes for when seeking an appliance repair, but rarely find. We have an old dryer where replacement parts are no longer made by the manufacturer, but Max not only helped us identify what was needed, but then did a phenomenal repair, going above and beyond (first time I had seen a repair person clean a machine prior to putting it back together - just awesome attention to detail). He was wonderful about finding times to first diagnose and then repair that worked for us and was wonderfully communicative, something that is much appreciated. In short, customer-sensitive, knowledgeable, communicative, thorough and reasonably priced. Max will be our first call from now on.

Our fridge wasn’t cooling properly so we called M&M and had a wonderful experience with Max! He was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything to me. He fixed the fridge no problem. He’s an expert, with very competitive prices! Would highly recommend him to anyone!

I called M&M one morning because the knob on the timer of my clothes dryer broke off the night before. Max agreed to come the following morning. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problems and gave me separate price quotes for parts and labor. Before leaving the house, he ordered a new timer assembly and an igniter (a problem that had been lingering for months) and a replacement (improved) vent pipe. He picked up the parts later that day and had my dryer working within 36 hours of my initial call. He was also kind enough to advise me on some other home issues. He was very professional and courteous. He kept me informed about all details, offered a warranty and charged a reasonable price. Max is an outstanding expert that I would hire again and would recommend to anyone.
