Mo Better Garage

This morning, our garage door wouldn’t open, so we called Carson from Mo Better Garage. He came to assist us right away, and in less than 30 minutes, the door was working perfectly again. The service was fast, professional, and friendly — we really appreciated their quick response and excellent work. Highly recommended!

Was able to schedule me in quickly due to a broken spring on my garage door. Was told they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, repair guy never called. They lied and said they called but no missed calls on my phone. Called company back quickly, repair man turned around and met me there. Not a big deal. Repair man comes in, looks at my garage door and quotes me $1,500 to do the spring cables and all wheels. I told him I have installed garage doors before, I can do the rest, just want the spring replaced. I said how much for that alone. He told me $1,500. Ridiculous. Again I said, I just want the spring alone. Not a new garage door, not new cable. I want just the spring, a standard 2 inch spring. He would not budge off $1,500. I then asked him to leave.
