Not satisfied with the quality of work provided from this business with my homes carpet install. First of all they do not clean up at all after the install, leaving carpet debris throughout the carpets and house. The installers did not have strong business acumen and were not very professional, and often gave off an attitude. There seems to be a lack of accountability for the quality of customer service and quality of work the installers provide. After the carpet install there were several issues noticed including torn fibers, debris, uneven edges and poor carpet transitions. They sent the installers back out and their first response was “there’s nothing we can do about it” when showing them the issues. I contacted Mobile Floors to replace the carpeting in my 3 bedrooms with LVP. Mobile Floors had installed LVP elsewhere in my house, and was able to supply an exact match to the existing flooring. The installer, Jason, did an impeccable job of installing the new flooring seamlessly with the old flooring. I'm glad I found Mobile Floors and would highly recommend the company for installing new flooring.

John supplied us with the beautiful hard wood hickory flooring and quartz countertops for our build. He was honest and provided excellent service. When the quartz Pental sent us was flawed, John worked with the company for over a year trying to get them to replace the defective pieces. He sent countless emails and placed phone calls to a company that was not helpful. John prevailed and we have stunning countertops.

Communication with John was excellent. Part of the flooring didn’t set correctly and they came back and fixed it. Covid really messed up the schedule and John tried hard to make it right. I’m giving 4 stars because I had to initiate and stay on top of some of the communication rather than the company reaching out first when there were delays or problems. Overall, I think this is an honest, hardworking company and a good choice!

Mobile floor coverings does very good job on carpet with reasonable price. When we need carpet done, we always go to Mobile floor coverings. They are friendly and very easy to work with. We get good quality carpet and work from them.
