No heat and -2 outside at 4 am. Shawn came and fixed my furnace. Nice guy, professional. Text me when he was on his way. Was here by 2 pm...fast service for no heat. Hopefully I won't need to but I would call them again and thanks Shawn ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My Hot water heater had decided to die on my, so I spent the whole day calling around for pricing and availability to my surprise they had either non in stock or not enough man power or they didn't install water heaters or they wanted a ton of money for one. So the next day I started calling around again and at almost noon I was talking to Jean at Mobile Home Improvement Services, asked her if they installed water heaters and she said yes and proceeded to explain my situation, she asked for my number and then told me that Ted would be calling me later that day, which really surprised me. I got a call later that afternoon from Ted, wondering were about I was located, after telling him, he said he wasn’t that far away and he would be stopping over in 20 or 30 minutes, which I responded great

Shawn is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've filed my complaint with Home Smart to look for more professional people to contract with.

worst customer service !!!!!!!!! person who answered was not in a good mood and very rude. didn't answer the phone until my 3rd time calling !!!! horrible service !

The service was very prompt. Within hours after I called my furnace was working again.
