We needed an emergency locksmith service and spoke with Steve, who arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly and professionally opened the door to our back room. Steve was extremely polite, detailed, and easy to communicate with. He explained everything clearly and did a fantastic job. We’ll definitely be using his services again for any future locksmith needs in the area. Highly recommended!

Had to call them twice now, once for a home lockout service in Hiram when I lost my keys hiking, and again a few months later for lock replacement at my rental property in Vinings. Both times they were fast, friendly, and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. The second time, the tech remembered me from before which was kinda cool. They've obviously got their systems down because everything runs smooth. If you're anywhere around Roswell, Alpharetta, or that whole area, give them a shot.

Steve was absolutely amazing. He arrived quickly, while others were slow. He stayed in touch with me, giving me an update on his arrival every few minutes.
