I bought a new lockset for my front door that needed to be re-keyed to match the rest of the house. Called this company and they came out right away on March 22, 2024 and performed the work. Over the last week, some of our keys no longer worked and the ones that did felt loose in the lock cylinder and the lock no longer turned smoothly. Called this morning (April 14, 2024) and they said they would send their tech back out to fix and that it was covered under warranty and there would be no charge. Waited around for four hours for a callback and never received one. Called again and they said someone would call me back. Company finally called back, but now they say the tech will only come back if I pay him again. This place is a scam and they do not do good work. Will be calling a diff

I've been to a ton of high security lock installation shops in my city, and this business is by far the best. It's not the cheapest, but it's worth every penny. The installation team was quick, efficient and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants top-notch security for their home or workplace.

Our locksmith service is top notch. I was in a jam and needed new locks for my security doors. When I called them that morning, they showed up at my workplace that very afternoon! When I returned home, I found that the technician had installed brand-new locks and openers and re-keyed all of the existing locks to make me feel safe.
