Mobley Brothers Roofing and Renovation

Thank you to Mobley Brothers and Mike for a pleasant experience! After moving here earlier in the year, we knew a new roof would was needed but didn't realize the poor condition of the existing roof until we obtained 4 quotes. The previous roofing contractor had installed ridge vents but hadn't cut the vents in the plywood, nor installed enough vents in the soffit. Therefore, all of the plywood had to be replaced - ugh! The first contractor spent two hours trying to oversell a high-priced system that ended up ~$20k over the other three quotes we obtained. Mike quoted based on satellite imagery but later visited to confirm our requirements - replace all plywood and connect 2 recently installed bathroom exhaust fans to new roof vents. Martin came out and did a complete walkthrough then gave us a rundown that was easy to understand. He communicated well throughout the entire experience and was pleasant to work with. His crew came out and got the job done in 2 days including clean up. No problems at all. The roof itself is excellent and the warranty gives great peace of mind. I would recommend to others

We highly recommend them. Martin and the team did it right, and are very professional. Their work ethics were excellent, they were very competent, and efficient. Our roof was replaced in a short time coming right in as quoted (no add-ons). Best of all the roof looks great.
