My old “turtle back” vents were replaced with a ridge ventilation system, which required extra materials and labor, yet Mocean didn’t charge me a cent more. Lowest price out of 4 other roofers but service was of the highest quality. He was also the only company to point out another small issue but only changed me for the part. Andre gave an estimate quickly and had someone (Jose) do the repairs just as quickly, and both were very respectful. Roof looks excellent and he even painted the boards for no extra charge. I will be using them when it's time to replace my roof.

Andre and crew has completed three projects on two different properties. Two on a house on the island great work and made sure we were satisfied with the completion and ensures customer satisfaction. The other was a full roof replacement again great reliable work crew very concerned about rain water getting on the unprotected roof. I will keep using Mocean for projects I need complete. Fair prices Mocean was cheaper than other companies bids and provided upgrades with no up charges. Great Company to have do projects for you highly recommended.
