Jack V was honest about how our bathroom was atypical and that the company would not be the best fit for this particular project. He still took the time to stay and offer helpful advice on what we could do. We truly appreciated his honesty, insight, and the extra time he spent with us. We would absolutely call him back for a different bathroom project.

Met with Jack Velte from MODbath this morning to quote a tub/shower replacement project. He was the most honest and sincere contractor salesperson I have met in years. No bs, we reviewed design options and possibilities showcasing their great products. He provided meaningful insight into the realities of DIY and really explained the value in quality craftsmanship and installation. I would not hesitate to invite Jack yo my home again when its time to do another bath project.
